Breakers Beach Coronado Wedding

This was a wedding at Breakers Beach in Coronado.  The reception and ceremony took place on the deck, which is located on the Naval Base in Coronado, right on the sand.  Breakers Beach is a great venue for a casual ceremony or reception on the beach.  Coronado was recently rated the #4 beach in the WORLD! 

This particular wedding reception and ceremony were for my good friends Brian and Julie.  Many of the people on the dance floor were my own friends and family, which always makes for a great evening.  It is always an interesting feat to DJ for family and friends.  Seeing people let loose, dance--most seem to be out of touch with their "dancing" self in family so it's always an interesting experience.

Brian and Julie seemed to enjoy their family, friends and the beautiful beach wedding.  This was the first time I worked with these wonderful photographers, and the first time I DJ'd on Breakers Beach and I hope it's not the last.  Something about enjoying a night of love and music on the beach of Coronado makes me truly appreciate San Diego and all it has to offer.
