Here are some pictures of two different Weddings at The La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art. As you can see "uplighting" is a very popular option at the location for Weddings. The pillars lit up in the color of your Wedding to enhance the ambiance is key. Not to mention, if you were to remove this color from the uplighting it might end up being TOO white/bright.
